How to use this tool
Open an unencrypted ZIP, then download its files. Directory paths are removed and repeated names are made unique. Extraction stops above 200 MB or 500 files to reduce the risk of exhausting memory.

Do you upload my files?
No. The selected file is read and processed by your browser. The site downloads its own code and libraries, but never sends your file contents to a server.
Why might a file fail?
A file may be damaged, encrypted, use an unsupported codec, or exceed your device’s available memory. The file picker limit is 100 MB per file (5 MB for text). This limit is not a guarantee that every device can process every file. Try a smaller file and a current browser.
Do I need an account?
No account or payment is required. Close the page to discard the workspace. Favorites and ad preferences are stored locally; file contents are not.
